I agree with Eileen Jay, just a slight unfill. It sounds like to me you might have to up your calorie intake. What kind of calories have you been managing to get in? -

I am having to go back and look at my old fitdays to remind myself what was working...I have been on a 3 week plateau. But it is my bad habits creeping back in. I had a good day today and stopped eating in front of the tv. I felt good about the entire day. Happy 6 months to you Sept. bandsters! -

I do GNC's 100% Whey in the Chocolate Carmel flavor ...awesome with SF Peanut Butter and Hood's low carb milk. When I can afford the calories I mix it with Hoods low carb chocolate milk. -

My hubby who lived in Philly all of his life, until he moved to Texas in 2002 to marry me. He is asking that one of his fellow Philadelphians go to Pats and have a cheesesteak for him. He is homesick for his native foods...lol. -
