Dr. Benavides requires 48 hours of clear liquids and 48 hours of creamy liquids and 48 hours of mushies...at least I think that is what the routine is suppossed to be...must mean I forget to follow it sometimes. :-)

Ewwww....a real toughie....I wish I had an answer for that one. I was mad at my mother yesterday and snacked all day long on unhealthly things. I did do one good thing for myself yesterday and that was go for 2 mile walk, just by myself. It truely did help. I hope all goes well tomorrow and you get really good news.

I thought that drinking with my meals would be a problem, but as it turned out, once I started chewing my food really well...that took care of itself. Eating sweets however has continued to be an issue.

Sounds good Debra will have to check it out for my little cereal eater....it is our Saturday morning staple.

I am so sorry to Angie and Jay...I was a knucklehead and didn't think about it until after ya'll had left, so it is all my fault. Angie and her hubby are the cutest couple of bandsters! and Jay is a knockout! No, sorry Delarla, you voyeur you...lol..no ladies in thier undies...thank god...because I was not matching that day! :-)

1/03: 211 Exercised between 45 and 60 mins everyday this past week. 1/09: 209 -2 Went from Morbidly Obese to just Obese!!!! 1/16: 207 -2 Road my bike for the first time for 6 miles! 1/23: 207 0 I noticed yesterday when changing my son's bedding that I wasn't huffin and puffin my guts out. It was like no effort at all to manhandle his mattress. 1/30: 205 -2 I had a clothing swap on Sat. and I didn't try anything on, I just collected what I wanted. I finally tried everything on last night and I got into most of the 18s that I took and even a few 16s!!!

Yes, this winter in Texas has been horrendous...that means summer is going to be 10x as worse.

That's a toughie, but if this woman seems genuine, I would tell her with her promise that she wouldn't reveal that information to anyone. This would have to be your decision. I told everyone I could think of, I was just so happy about it.

Hey fellow bandsters!!! Going for my fourth fill on the 31st. I do feel a little restriction, but still feel I rely on dieting more than I can rely on my band...or is it I need to work on my headhunger more....lol..catch 22. Looks like everybody is doing well! Keep up the great work!!!
