Hi everyone I have my sleeve surgery with Dr. Peters on 8/17/15. Can any of you tell me if you had to do blood thinners and what your hospital stay experience was ? Thanks ladies

@Engteacher I agree 30 days is a very long time ... I did speak with my surgeon and this is the policy. I too have never had a blood clot and would much rather be safe then sorry but I personally think 30 days is extreme.

I am August 17th. On day three of my liquid diet. I am hanging in there lol How are you managing ?

I don't blame you for being angry. It is your story to tell not your coworkers. In the beginning stages, I only told my immediate family. I have since told a few friends. I am sorry that happened to you.
