  1. It was the worst having the drain out right? That was the worst part of this while thing lol. Yeah sip sip sip is all I keep hearing so optimistic though and trying not to read anything too negative on here because it can change your mindset do stay positive
  2. That's fantastic you will feel even better when you get home Just try keep your hydration up, I can't imagine getting a kidney infection on top of healing. I have some fab recipes if you want to try any out for smoothies etc. getting super easy as the day goes on. Have you had your drain out?
  3. That's good hopefully today I'm fine actually. Shocked my pain levels arnt higher. Haven't even taken a pain killer. My chest is quite tight though for some reason and have a little cough which is uncomfortable with the incision sites. But genuinely doing great made some of the smoothies and soups in the dietician book but haven't really been hungry. Trying to keep hydrated were you are SHOG Murdoch too?

Hi, just had my band out last year and got my sleeve done on Monday in perth Australia. I'm actually feeling fantastic and I am shocked at how little gas shoulder tip pain I've had and minimal pain! Any questions you have hit me up
