Just got off one, I'm 2 months out and I started drinking a protein shake a day. Weight started coming off again. I usually drink half in the morning and half in the evening.

I have problems with watermelon to just doesn't sit well, I don't think it's dumping though for me. -

I'm 8 weeks out I made chili last week, it was way to spicy, but I ate some 3 times and I did fine. I was a little worried, but it was good. -

I slept in a chair first night home the bed was to uncomfortable, then I slept on the couch for a few nights. Then back to the bed, after the pain eased up. -

I have lost 75 pounds and I was surprised at the size of clothes I was in I was a size 24, I am now a 18 I went to Salvation Army to buy jeans because I knew I wouldn't be in them very long. I bought 4 pairs of jeans for 22 dollars. Now I have to work on shirts they are all to big. I had my surgery in Nov. -
My Dr. Wanted me off 4 weeks, I had the R n y.

Fiber one has a chocolate cereal, only 5 grams of sugar. 80 cal. It works for me. -

Take stool softeners, I was having a problem they acted like I should have been taking them the whole time, I was never told. -

Hi I'm 3 weeks out and there isn't any food that is tasting good. I'm not getting in my calories because nothing is good:( Anyone else have this problem?

I just had my surgery Nov. 10th, I was a little panicked but the last few days before I just wanted it done. It went fine I'm a week past and doing ok. -
