@ missladyjj44 Just keep sipping your intake will increase. A bm will come soon remember your not eating any food so there is really nothing to come out It will happen give it time

I am a RN in the operating room and I was sleeved on 12/18/14. I have 3 three children. I am having problems getting my protein. In Feb I will be changing to night shift I am a little nervous. I can't wait until Friday when my puree stage starts. I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas

@@MyssJones your progress sounds great. I'm like you with the protein shakes. I just can't do it. I am going to try the premier shakes because I have another week of liquids. I am down 18lbs since last Thursday (12/18). Good luck on your progress and keep us posted

@@DgotSleeved That's great!! I was done on the 18th and I feel great as well having a little trouble getting all my protein and liquids because I'm not hungry or thirty so I always feel like I'm forcing myself. I haven't taken any pain medicine either. You have to tell me you secret on the liquids

Fuzzyangelbear good luck tomorrow I just had mine done on Thursday and it's not that bad . It just takes getting used to. Having support is really gonna be key
