Thanks for responding IndioGirl55 ! I just passsed the "mushies stage" My doctor has me strictly on protien. i am not allowed veggies or fruit yet. It is almost like the Atkins, I can not even have milk. I am mainly eating chicken and some avocado, that's what i have for lunch. I am really craving a salad! After a while the all protein thing gets to me. in about a month I should be able to add a vegetable a day. I do walk, and i dont know if it's just me but sometimes when i am feeling good i speed up the treadmill and my port kind of feels like it throbs and it feels "tight" like it bulges a little, i usually slow my pace and that helps. But you are right it's about changing my eating habits and keeping busy! It's just nice to have a place where even though we all experience different things, we are all in the same boat!!
