It's been a long journey I have decided to give lap band 2 years ago I chickened out and told myself if I hadn't lost the way on my own then I would make sure that I got to be in to lose the weight here it is 2014 and I did it the process took a lot. A little frustrating and having to deal with insurance company and the doctors office I was ready to give up but it all work itself out and I am 12 days out and feeling great with the 12 days plus my pre op diet I am down 16 pounds so I'm very excited to see a little weight off. I do pretty good with the pre op diet and the first two weeks out what does no liquids I didn't give any headaches ... I've done liquids before my advice is this just get you ready for your new eating habits ..... So if anybody who is getting ready to get bandit don't hesitate to contact me

Should I be expecting more weight loss? ? Does the muscle make it look like you have not lost on the scale? Any advice to shed more pounds? ??

I'm at week 2 and this week I have not lost one pound. ....I'm eating under 30 carbs abt 600 cal. HELPPPP

@@Annette no the only way they can deny is if the don't cover the surgery. ...if u meet qualifications ur set if they cover it..call ur insurance ur self they will tell you if it's covered

@@Ldimples no I didn't ...u should do fine now you're body has cleared out the toxins. ....if tht was ur first time doin liquids. ...just make sure you have enough broth and Popsicles and water
