walk, walk, walk. It's probably gas. For the first week post op, I had quite a swollen tummy. I let out so much gas when i would walk. Make sure you get at least 20-30 minutes of walking in during the day. I did it in 10 minute intervals every hour or so. Good Luck

I'm 9 days post op and am still on liquids as prior to surgery. I can have some egg drop soup, but that's it. My doc is keeping me on the liquids only for another 2 wks. you should probably go back to clear liquids for another week or so. I still have pain/cramping if I drink too fast or take too much in at a time. take it slow.

my husband or my daughter gives me my injections. I could have done them myself, but they wanted to help. I still have 6 more days of injections to go.

hello all, I am having sleeve surgery tomorrow and have been on the liquid diet for past 2 wks. this am started having muscle cramp under ribs on right upper abdomen. anyone know what it might be? not enough of something? thanks.

Dec 8th for me. I have good family support but my husband is worried about the surgical procedure itself, and my brother and father keep asking if I "Really" want to do this? HECK YEAH!! Good Luck to all!

congrats to you!!! I am having my surgery December 8 through Kaiser Mid atlantic, Dr Cantor, at holy cross hospital. I'm pretty nervous as well. I'm starting to prepare for my 2wk liquid diet starting on Nov 24. Best of luck with your journey!
