@@Dub - that's a good one (knee pain). I have noticed mine isn't as bad either For us girls - - how about hooking the bra to the closest set of eyes (tighter)! I am rather chesty and the (WLS & NSV) has helped with shoulder pain.

@@portuguesegal10 - can you remove the "bad foods"? My husband and I are now the only ones at home and I have thrown away a lot of the stuff we THOUGHT we would eat. He has lost over 20 lbs since MY surgery. -

Wal-Mart sells plastics shot glasses for .20 piece! I use them for scooping powdered protein and taking meds!

@@micnic1027 - it's easy to find a chewable version of some vitamins but the problem is it may not be the right ones. I did generic chewable kids multivitamins. I bought some chewable calcium but it is calcium carbonate not calcium citrate. read labels closely.

pretty typical post op feelings. my buyers remorse was about a clue of hours on day three. it hit me that my stomach was forever gone. once I got outside and moving that very day all of that passed. day 4 was start of soft foods and that helped as well. I have had no issues and realizing I was able to eat, just smarter and smaller amounts seemed just fine. no regrets! -
I hiccup towards the end of being full too. I just don't do it all the time. I get a knot in my throat if I have ate one too many bites. sweating and flushing follows, I would use the hand measuring that @@Babbs sent and aim for just under so you want over due it. good luck!

my TOM was like that a lot and as I aged and got heavier the worse it got. I was told the heavier you are the TOM is affected as well. call you gynecologist.
