  1. @@KindaFamiliar - morning! You don't need to apologize for anything, you are AWESOME!
  2. @@KindaFamiliar - hmmmm hope no one gets the idea to try this cream on other parts of their body. I am looking forward to your face with a Kotex on it, but someone may come to the conclusion if it works on your turkey neck that it may work on their ______ (fill in the blank). I can only imagine the pictures!

    My Surgery Tomorrow is OFF!

@@New life 2016 - you are also going to need to eat differently after they look at that tooth and you may be able to do a modified pre-op type diet as well. Greek yogurt has good bacteria you will need to help with the penicillin they are going to pump into you. This type of dental issue can be very serious follow the doctors orders. Be safe and healthy first then do surgery...
  5. NSV!!!! love those, and you look so awesome (and happy) in those 12s
  6. @@VSGAnn2014 and @@Dub - BOTH of you responded PERFECTLY!!!! I fell the exact same way. And Dubs opening statement about judging was something I just addressed again.

@@Rhonda Kay_87909 - I tried but it was a never ending series of phone megs and emails and I quit answering "one more question before we process your order..." I have read others had no problems.
  14. weight watchers is a tool sleeve is a tool lap band is a tool bypass is another tool Does it REALLY matter which tool we use? As long as it works for you is all that matters. I feel MY tool is my sleeve. I tried WW, multiple times, didn't work for me. Others like their band, balloon or bypass....or prefer WW. Whatever path (tool) someone chooses is their choice. If they fail or succeed it was their decision. We talk about this all the time here...it's a tool, and how you work it. It's not a "one size fits all" world..... rant over.....
  15. @@Megall9 like others have said maybe it's a new door opening (a new job). You are handling this very well despite being just 10 days out from WLS. You and the hubby are a team! <<<<<<<<<sending positive vibes your way>>>>>>>>>>

    Help with Whey shakes.

@@Cassie111 is there a reason why the doctor said only water? you are post correct? if it's the calorie count the unsweetened almond milk has around 30 calories for 8oz. you could mix half water and half almond milk for less calories. I do that to make the shakes a little creamer. I personally do not like the isopure brand.
  17. @@KindaFamiliar you are a interesting chap...wish you lived closer we would have to rent a stage and just sit you down with a chair and a tube of hemorrhoid cream and watch!!!!! love your posts! you have me giggling at work and I have to explain about the cream.....

18 months out and I've hit a wall!

If you are working out then maybe you need to mix it up a bit. Different exercises and really weigh everything out, monitor carbs and possibly bump up calories a little to kick in weight loss.
  19. jane13

What kind of exercises can a 300 pounder do?

bicycling is a great form of exercise and so is swimming. just a thought.....less impact on the body for now.
