Going to switch up my eating a bit. I'm not going to worry about hitting 100 gms of protein. I want to see what eating between 75 -100gms will do.

100g is high. Most RD's say that 60 or 70g up to 100 is fine. What about your practice's RD?

The rule of thumb is 1 gram for every inch you are tall. I have followed that for 15 months now. I try to hit 70 minimum but won't go over 80.
