Going to switch up my eating a bit. I'm not going to worry about hitting 100 gms of protein. I want to see what eating between 75 -100gms will do.

@Djmohr - I never heard that. I'm 15mths next week. Weight loss is still happening but at a slower pace.
I was aiming for 100 since I have so much to loose. Frankly I'd like to supplement less and focus on eating cleaner. I've unintentionally been eating less protein for a week or so. Unofficially I'm down 1 lb. I just want to decrease the amount of eggs & dairy I eat. Still undecided about going vegan.

My source is my nutritionist. She requires a very balanced meal plan too. They believe that you should have 2 bites of protein and 1 bite of good carbs like veggies and fruit. They frown upon the eat all your protein first plan and then if you have room do your vegetables and fruit. Steering clear of carbs just makes it harder to maintain down the road.
