Incision pain! Suggestions please.

Hello fellow gastric sleeve people, My name is Annika I just had my slleve sugery 11/3/2014. My incision pain is unbearable still after pain meds, Does anyone remember how long this lasts, and what you did to ease the pain...HOT PACKS, LAYING A CERTAIN WAY... ECT. My doc said a couple days but that's not the case. and they are not infected, they are actually healing good... just lots of bruises.
