I am beginning a journey to change my life forever.......my journey starts on November 4, 2014 with my first doctor visit to my bariatric surgeon. Dr. Lisa Martin Hawver. My goal to hopefully help with my severe pain from Fibromyalgia, and improve my over all health. In 8 days I accomplished all the criteria needed for my insurance approval requirements. Papers have been sent off to the insurance for final approval and today 11-19-14 I met with Dr. Hawver and received the news I've been waiting for........surgery is set for December 16, 2014............
