I had my first fill 3 weeks ago woke up Sunday unable to eat more then 3or 4 bites no matter what it is or how much I chew it. Any more is painful an wants to come back up. Liquids are fill just a little slower. Is this a problem or a good thing. :confused2:

I use Fortress Whey Protein from Walmart in Chocolate. It cost $16 I think for a canister. It's not bad as long as it is mixed well. 23 gram protein per scoop. I think you just have to get used to the taste and smell of any of them.

I have a surgry date of 12/17 too. I am on day 6 of a two week liquid diet. The surgeon said the liquid diet shrinks the liver so there is less need to touch anything. It has been very hard but I guess it is good practice for after surgery. I just wish it was done and over with.

I had my psysocical evl today. She just kept asking me if I was depresed. That I looked depressed to her. That it is ok to be depressed. Any one else get this? Since Im overweight I am depressed?
