I get off work today and wouldn't mind walking this evening, My hubby works late and i would need a ride or we could just walk around my neighborhood if you want. Call me, if you don't have my # get it from Lshasa or Karen. Everyone is welcome to come.

This is so exciting everyone is moving right along now. I can't wait till we are all banded.

Everything went fine Dr. Brody is great. He is really nice and explains everything in depth he also drew alot of pictures for me. Due to my Hypothyroidism he wants 2 more blood test 6 weeks apart and after that and as long as everthing is fine with my insurance company i will be banded the end of March. :clap2: :whoo: :clap2: :whoo: I am so happy i can't wait. So now i need to work on loosing as much weight as possible before March so it will be easy for him, and i have to do 2 weeks optifast diet (not sure what that is just that is is like a liquid diet)to shrink my liver. So here goes the beginning of my new life thank you all for being apart of it. Maryland Lap-Band Support group has the best, most caring, and encouraging people you will ever find and i love each and every one of ya. I will see you all soon. Carrie that rose is for you i gave one to everyone else when you were gone. To the whole group and everyone else who reads this

Yesterday B-1/2 slimfast optima tasted yukky warm i was out with hubby L-Chicken club Wrap From Arbys it wasn't my normal bacon Cheddar roast beef with a small not large Dr. Pepper D-My home made stuffed meat loaf w/ squash and Zucchinni S- you guy encouraged me to eat a "PINK LADY APPLE"

Sharon Moon is my best friends mom she is really nice. I just got mine done in Waldorf w/ Dr. Hussain on post office road she took my insurance i only paid co pay
