Thats how I felt And my nutritionist was great!!! I feel a lot more support from her. Im just eating healthy and be happy with my weight loss Rather do it the healthy way so I dont get sick But Thanks!

I think the doctors put that idea in our head Today is my 2 month mark from my surgery, I ve lost 35 lbs and my DR said Im behind that I supposed to loose 1 lb x day Its stressing me out!! I wouldn't of lost 35 lbs on my own yeez!!

Its telling me the same, but my average is about 80 calories Im just 3 weeks post op, I can't really tolerate more food Am I gonna get sick? -
I have sweet tooth as well,tomorrow will be 3 weeks post surgery and I had a big craving today, I ate the top of a chocolate donut and my stomach startrd to hurt for all the sugar, ut was not even the whole thing its was like the size of a dime Thank God that happened so finally I quit my sweets
