Rest, ice, steroids for the inflammation and something else to stop the spa sims and hot tub after 3 days. Not looking forward to flying out tomorrow morning

ouch! I had a bad bout of sciatic nerve pain last summer - while on vacation no less. a muscle relaxer when I got back home was the only thing that helped. hope it clears up for you soon!
