21 years ago the OKC bombing occurred. It was horrible to be here when it did, but the strength and compassion of my city is an inspiration.

I've walked the fence line that surround the ruins of the Murrah building several times. It was a haunting experience. I felt I was in the presence of true evil......yet there....in the midst of so much destruction.....was an outpouring of love and humanity that was greater than the evil that slaughtered the innocent.
You Oklahomans are a resilient lot.
Brave, proud and tough as nails.
