  1. I never noticed I have coarse hair on my upper arm, but now that the surface area is smaller, all the little follicles have gotten together and become bushy friends. And I have added an ergonomic pillow to my office chair because I lost so much of my "natural" padding.
  2. @Sharon1964...I agree, great pics would be a plus... @Dub..I wish you nothing more than great success this week, but I know you are going to own this Am I the only one who has naked work days? I guess its a perk of being self employed and home office. The downside is you have a highly dysfunctional jerk for a boss

@ - I just know that I have a tough time communicating with someone who's formal education stopped at high school (and remember I use online dating as a screening tool to find people I might want to spend time getting to know). I'm sure I'm rejected for a number of reasons by women who have their own selection criteria. Here are my current numbers: I found that I send 15 emails before I get a response 1 of 5 of those who I am in email communication with result in a coffee date 2 of those 5 get a real date so I've gone out on 20 real dates over the last three months, and finally found two I was very serious about...one I had to say no to, but one I'm now getting VERY serious about. See what I mean, its a numbers game?

@@likeamazing I had the same concern. You will be able to enjoy it again. But be careful when you do. Your tollarance may change. But remember, this is the season of your life for getting your health back.

@@OneLostJourney - not sure what shape you are in, but walk as much as possible, gasx strips are great, I used Isopure clear liquid Protein the first two weeks to get at least 60g of protein a day. It's scary at first, but sip, take your time and get used to your new stomach. @@Angelwing99 - they gave me Omeprazole Magnesium for the heartburn twice a day. It gets better, but you do have a stomach to heal.

@@Angelwing99 - Isopure liquid (you can try at GNC) http://www.theisopurecompany.com/products/powders.html Not to everyone's taste, but I like it. Some dilute with poweraid to get rid of slight slimy feeling in the mouth. 40g per bottle. So hydration and Protein in one bottle.

@@retrieverguy i did remarkably well, best i can figure is i like Isopure clear (available at gnc) and was able to get over 60g of Protein a day from day 1. as you get more nutrients into your system you will feel better. Note you will also have some odd mood swings, seems all the fat cells hold a bunch of hormones and they tend to dump all at the same time...be careful watching chick flicks and sentimental movies, you may cry like a baby (not that i'm bitter or anything)

    unflavored Protein

I was initially a big fan of genpro, but they switched formulations and it doesn't dissolve like it used to. I'm into my first bottle of PipingRock.com. It dissolves well, no taste, and very inexpensive.

Why are you getting tattoo pressure? Hmm, you are a fresh canvas? The thing I like about online dating is you get a bunch of clues about people, and I know some are not going to be MY match. It doesn't mean they are not nice people but they are not for me. Things that make me hit the delete key (unless they are REALLY good looking, just being honest) Women who want a guy who rides a Harley (delete), I only am interested in people with photos and can spot ink (delete), selfies in bathroom with spots all over the mirror and debris on the floor (delete), People who have more than one reference to church and the Bible (delete) Education, high school (delete) No profession (delete) Only chain restaurants listed as a favorite (delete) Can't write a decent profile (delete) I'm sure there is someone out there for them, but they have to look like a good fit for me to spend time getting to know them. Does anyone have a list of things that you use to delete a person, but they slipped through the screening process?

What body type do you have after your weight loss?

I'm noticing that there isn't an equivalent site for guys*. No wonder you women have so many body image issues. Not judging, just noticing. * Not completely fair, guys who read men's health magazine seem to desire bigger arms and shoulders than women like...those dummies should do market research into what women want, not what magazines try to sell them (hint, hint ladies, quit listening to the media and figure out what guys like...oh wait many times you are listening to other women )
  24. Ten months ago, only thing I would change is getting it done years ago. Seriously what is not to love about being able to fit in airplane seats, cut my own toenails, run, climb mountains with the kids, not have your car sag to one side, and not having the mattress groan when you get in bed. No more blood pressure medicine, no more cpap. I don't do BMI's, I was 40% body fat when I started, now its 22%.
