I have to give a shout out to supportive significant others! I'm 9 weeks out and I'm down 40 pounds... Yay for me BUT my dear hubby who has helped me empty every cabinet and the refrigerator in preparation for my surgery and a healthier life style has lost 45! I'm so incredibly proud of him and thankful for the support he has shown me ☺️ not that he is in here or will ever see this. Just wanted to share how much further I think one gets with the true support of loved ones! Here is a pic of hubs!!

It certainly has!!! Lol and im quite certain the 40 that I have lost also helps that out ???? he has also become a machine. Always wanting it! Hahaha And my hubby is 6'2. Started out at 336. Is down to 291. His goal is 275. He is a big boy. I don't want him much smaller than he is right now. He wouldn't look right! His beard and I fight.... Lol at 1 point it was 6" from his chin in length ???? I hated it. It's a motorcycle thing I guess! Haha some of the places he works requires him to shave. So I get lucky and don't have to fight him to shave it sometimes.

He is definitely a keeper. Although I have had to work harder than him ???? lol I tell him often I'm going to stab him with my fork ???? seems so easy for him to just eat what I eat as much as he wants.... As I'm taking bitty bites and he's still losing more than me. Haha. but it's been so nice seeing him get excited with me and go to the gym with me. I read that a lot of time marriages fall apart.... That u take different paths.. I'm glad he chose to take the harder path with me and I see him finding similar interests (healthier foods, gym, workouts) with me and I'm reminded how truly luck I am!

You look fantastic! And u are right it's not easy, nor is it handed to us! I'm 2m PO and down 40 and it is HARD. I work everyday on planning my diet and exercise. Logging every little thing! I know your pain! But all very worth it in the end!!! Congrats to u and your continued success!!

Your PCP can also do your routine lab work. Mine does it anyways. Not just for WLS.

I would say not monthly. I haven't seen my surgeon except 2 weeks PO. Won't see him again till 3m PO. Then he want 6m and a year. We will see if I need to keep those ones. Lol

My insurance covers some plastics after weight loss surgery. Not sure about arms though. I will gladly pay if I have to when the time comes.

So hubby took me shopping yesterday, I went the day before and found NOTHING. was in a total funk. Nothing looked right on me. Everything fit weird. Well he said i will take u...(13 years this is a FIRST) well we shopped in Reg sizes!! Not plus sizes and OMG sz 16 petite skinny jeans fit meeee!!! I'm only down 38 pounds. But it's coming off in good places! He then took me to a shoe store and bought me some knee boots!! My calves have always been too big for them. Considering I wear a size 6. Even "wide calf" wouldn't come close. It was a great day for a little confidence boost. Hope everyone is doing great!!!!!

I never get my water goal in I do push my protein. I'm now at 40 pounds so things are still doing good. I do feel great but I've always been a pre-madona even at my biggest ???? but I'm sure the more I lose the more out going and confident i will be. I'm very blessed with amazing support from my hubby. And he thinks I'm the best thing since sliced bread anyways. Hehe he has went on this crazy diet and exercise plan with me and has actually lost more than I have! Lol he has lost 45. I'm so very proud of him! I can't wait to see what the next 2 months holds. ☺️

Heck I wear sexy panties fat! Lol I have all sizes in my drawer. I am obsessed with bra and panty sets. Always have been. They are pricey but they are cute! Doesn't matter what size I am. This girl will always have matching panties and bras. Period. Lol
