Thanks!! You know I never thought I would get below 200 lbs. It's a shocker to me to weigh 172. I only need 13 more pounds to have a normal BMI. I figure I can do that.

Congratulations!!! My goal is to have a "normal" BMI. I still have a hard time wrapping my mind around how much weight I have lost and where I am todya.

Bandpal I think what you are experiencing is probably pretty normal. I'm pretty tight and find myself not always taking my time when I eat. I have seen the news reports about the war. I pray that you and your family remain safe. Don't be too hard on yourself. Just remember how far you have come.

Yes, actually I lost 13 I think. I had a fill right before Christmas and was sick for a good portion of the holidays. LOL I'm just thrilled to death with my loss.

I probably would have lost more weight if I was able to exercise. Due to knee issues I just can't do much. I'm happy about my progress though. I honestly never thought I would weigh what I do and I'm very happy about where I am. :grouphug:

Congrats to Bandpal and Lindata!!! I'm ready for a new challenge! You know me I love them. The first day of spring is March 20. Valentine's Day is a little over 4 weeks away. Why don't we go for a Spring challenge. That gives us closer to 8 weeks. I'm getting close to my ideal weight. Maybe in 8 weeks I can get there.

Happy New Year Cindy!!! You know I can't believe I'm where I'm at. I was 180 this am. I got tickled when I went to WW before Christmas, they asked if I was still trying to lose weight. I'm 20 lbs below my goal. LOL I said I'm just going with the flow. I never thought I would see anything below 200. I can honestly see a normal BMI now. 21 lbs to go. Shoot, I'm wearing size 12 jeans and they are baggy on my behind. LOL I could never imagine this before. 159 in 2009!!

Oh, you poor thing. Yes, I have had gallbladder problems. It was worse than giving birth. The surgery wasn't bad though. Laproscopic. You will feel much better after the surgery.

We had a great Thanksgiving. I stayed in my PJ's all day. I did absolutely nothing, well I did watch the Titan's game.

Bandpal, When is your birthday??? You are the same age as my husband and I. DH was born in Sept. and I was born in Oct 1960.

LOL Steph I bet we can all identify with you. Recently, I was looking at some pictures that my DH took. I couldn't figure out who the woman was in the picture, and why in the world he would be taking a picture of another woman's backside. LOL I asked him who it was and he starte laughing. It was me. Wow!! What major changes in my life. I wore a 22/24 now I'm a 12/14. My blood pressure is normal. My surgar level is normal. I still have knee problems, but I figure I would be in worse shape if not. There are times when I don't even recogize pictures of myself. You all remember my DH and DS had surgery too. We have about 350 lbs as a family. The first picture was taken today. The second & third pictures were taken the day before my surgery.
