Hi, my name is Amy and am in the beginning stages of my weight loss journey. The best part is I have found an exercise I enjoy and do it almost daily and it is water aerobics. I am so happy I found something so good for me that I enjoy. The frustrating part is controlling the emotional eating and increasing the healthy portion of my diet. I enjoy comfort foods, such as macaroni and cheese, love pasta. I have tried weight watchers and TOPS and lost about 40 lbs with each program. But it didn't take me long to gain the weight back, less than a year. I want to be successful on this journey and would appreciate any tips you may have for success. I am preparing for the gastric sleeve surgery. I tend to do a lot of preparation and research, but then don't always follow through. I want to be able to complete the process with the actual surgery and move forward. And any advice would be appreciated.
