Because is for a heart condition call it PFO and for the FDA is not approved they think is more like a experimental surgery ( is not, it's being thousands of this surgeries already) only 20% of the population have it and only 5% are eligible for the produce, I'm one of the lucky ones to be on that 5% I not only have the hole in my heart but a little window under that a month a go let a blood clot pass and cause me two heart attacks because of that, you can read everything in my donations page is in there www.gofundme.com/anumbrella4myheart

3 WEEKS OUT AND ALREADY AT A STALL!?!
anaarnaiz replied to Sapp28's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
That happen to me when I was 3 weeks as well, but calm down is normal. It took me 3 weeks on the same weight, actually no, I gained 3 pounds, and then I lost 5 pounds and next week another two... You just need to relax, relax and relax... Stress can cause that, your body is new now, everything is new and is in shock so you need to give him time to realized this is the way is going to perform now. What help me to brake that stall was: I increase my protein doses, I stop eating carbs after 3 pm, start drinking a green juice every morning and night (3oz kale, cucumber, green apple, pear and lemon) it also help me to go very regular to the bathroom every 3 days and even that you may not loose weight you are loosing measurements.... So take it easy sister lol you will be ok!!!! Remember is a surgery is not magic... Keep doing your diet, drink a lot of water ( put lemon on it it helps) and walk walk walk.... I'm today on my seven week and lost a total of 38 pounds so far, hope this help you a little bit xoxo -
