Thanks for the help. I'll start the shakes the day after tomorrow -
I am only two days in. I don't have much pain only when I,turn the wrong way. I had a hiatal hernia that was fixed as well. I'm not really hungry but I can hear my intestine moving or growling. When should I start the protein shake again?
