    I was just banded on Nov. 2 and I am having trouble with the liquid diet part. I want some new ideas to try beside cream soup and drinkable yogurt. They are ok but I get bored real easy. It is working though I have lost 7 lbs already in one week. I have found that chewing gum helps. Anyone ideas please:)
