My doctor recommended taking a Metamucil caplet daily if hungry. It helps a lot but not sure if yours will allow it. It also helps with regularity -

I picked up the Isopure non-flavored and haven't tried it yet. Hoping I can add it to something that I like the taste of and get protein without the yucky flavors! Lots of people said they like the option of adding it to drinks, applesauce, etc. Just a suggestion.

@@sprocket Yay! Becca and I will both be there then. I get there on the 15th, surgery on 16th, and leave for home on the 20th. I am at the Marriott hotel. -

@@haleytrim What a great birthday present to yourself! I am 43 and have the same health issues. I have always had high blood pressure. At my last doctor visit, she told me I had developed Type II and hyperlipidemia. That was my last straw and I knew I needed a permanent change. I am having mine on 11/16. We can all do this!!! -
