I'm 1 week postoperative and finding it really hard to sleep at night, I'm only managing 2-3 hours at the most, I'm thinking it could be down to the amont calories I'm having, is anyone else having the same or had the same?? Jo x

I'm also really happy that I dont have to think about food 24/7, I ruled my life as most of you know that happens, so instead of thinking about food the first thing when I wake up I know think about what beautiful clothes I'm gonna wear that day xx

Is anyone using Myfitnesspal? I found it on the App Store on my phone, it's fantastic you can track everything from food nutrition, weight, diary progress and lots more You can add friends to it so its a bit like a social thing too. If you do have it add me - jodaggers

Being banded 7th November so any 2 days, no nerves just want it done so I can start my new life, good luck all Jo x

I'm having my band fitted 7th November and my first fill is booked in (as long as everything is ok) on the19th December xx

Only my husband and two best friends know, I'm so excited I want to shout it from the roof tops but I know most people won't be helpful, for instance I'm down the 14 st and having my band fitted this Friday, a few so called friends have said "don't lose no more weight it won't suit you" REALLY!!! Or is it they can't lose any weigh and they don't want me to do well, so because of that I'm not telling anyone else. Good luck all x
