Hi! I was wondering - I know all weightloss is individual to that specific person .. But I was looking for an idea of what people with my general stats lost post op! I'm pre op scheduled for 11/12 and am just curious how everyone has done! I'm 5'5" and my current weight is 253lbs!

I don't have a pre op diet to follow.. I kind of wish I had so I was ready for the days following the surgery. Has anyone tried a Protein powder yet?! I want a really good unflavored one! I'm obsessing over reading every single post I can find about anything!! It's not healthy! I'm working myself into a panic even though I'm so excited to finally be at this point. I feel like I'm burying friends and family with 'what-if's'!!! -
Hi there! My surgery is scheduled 11/12/14! I'd like to know... What's everyone eating the weeks after? I know what my books and doctor say, but I'm looking for some feedback representing the reality of post op eating! Any guidance is appreciated
