Ahhh haha really? I have to take 2 of them tomorrow but I don't know at what times, I call my hospital tomorrow to find out when they say I can take them and what exact time my scheduled surgery is! Haha thank you!

Is there anything else that people suggest bringing? That I may need or to keep me entertained? Lol

Hi there! Its awesome to see younger people on here like me. I'm 19 and having my surgery next Tuesday! ???? I as well have been overweight my whole life, starting at the age of like 5. I was never able to lose weight with just dieting or diet programs and I played sports up until I hit highschool. Just like you, if I didn't decide to do this surgery I'm 99% sure that I'd be overweight my whole life. Spring break should be a good time to do it. You are unable to do it on the app but if you go on the actual website and go under the settings it'll let you update your surgery information and your surgeons information as well. Hope that helps ????

Yeah I know what you mean! My hair is pretty thin to begin with so losing more is going to suck! Hahaha hopefully we don't lose much hair ????

I've know one girl in my support group that takes 10,00mg of Biotin a day and she has been out for 2-3 months now with little to no hair loss. Taking your Vitamins daily will definitely help with it as well but the main thing to get in is Protein, that will be the most important. This last Monday in my support meeting we talked about all this and what you can do to prevent a lot of hair loss. I think for everyone its different but either way there might be a little because the anesthesia contributes to the hair loss. Hope I was able to help ????

I'm about 5-6 days in on the liquid diet and I've noticed that when I drink the protein shakes really slowly I get full off of them and I'm not hungry through out the day. So because of that I have a protein shake for breakfast and one for lunch and sip water all day and then have a broth for dinner. Today I woke up with a bad headache and felt a little nauseous. I haven't even gotten one full shake down, only about half so far and its almost 2pm. I feel very tired as well. I slept in until about 11:15am this morning and I feel that could have contributed to it since I didn't get my morning protein shake. Any suggestions on what to do? Maybe someone had the same thing happen? Thank you for your help in advance ????

I wasn't able to upload my picture on the app, for some reason it was just really slow and kept failing so I did it online by going to my profile settings and updating it that way lol now adding friends on here is something I haven't done yet. I've looked every where for an option to add as a friend on this app but haven't seen anything. I'm pretty sure you can add people on the actual website though

Click on the persons image or profile and if you're using the app there is a huge envelope in the top right corner and click on that to private message. I'm not sure if you are using the actual desktop site. I'm sure its the same thing though. Hope I was able to help ????
