@@Beni yes in a Dunkin donuts parking lot smh but I definitely wasn't pushing my surgery back so therapy and trying to adjust to my new lifestyle is hard but it is what it is

I'm 3 weeks out and still tired I've never taken so many naps in my life

@@Beni ahaha me too I cried and I didn't even care I was hit by a car a couple weeks before surgery so my back hurt so bad nothing made me feel better I still went ahead with surgery and I was crying daily like what did I do to myself but there is light at the end of the tunnel I would do it again

I'm mostly doing protein shakes I the premier protein and water that's really all I've been doing chicken salad and scallops

Hello October 6th here 24 pounds down so far. But I am having such a hard time with getting in enough Protein and I cannot seem to get over the nausea. Any tips???
