      I did it also!! I was wks stalled! but when I read alot of other stalls on here I just waited it out..the body needs to catch up an adjust. hang in there!

    Why... cuz they sent me home in it and said to wear it for like the next month. I was highly drugged for the reason though... hmmm you didn't get one???

      Pain free during the day after 4 days. At night needed pain meds about a week because I am a restless sleeper.

      I went without any yesterday but by night time I was hurting pretty bad... guess I'll do something different today

    I had a tubal reversal last year, and that was nothing compared to this. I woke up in terrible pain with the VSG. It only took a few days but that first day was terrible.

    Sleeved on the 26th. Home the 27th. Terrible pain from the gas yesterday (28th)... I took some laxatives and that helped relieve it. Today I woke up feeling "normal" whatever that is now! I had my first non clear liquid food and it made my heart happy. I've lost about 18 pounds so far... and couldn't be happier. Good luck everyone!

    You guys are too nice... I'm letting my family fend for themselves! Today is 6/14 all liquid and I'm doing ok. Today I mixed my chocolate Protein in a decaff coffee for something warm. and it was marvelous! Good luck to everyone!!

    Today is day 4 of 14 all liquids. I get 4-5 shakes and two jellos a day. I'm doing ok! It was really rough the second and third day... but I think I'm over the hump! Good luck to everyone on this journey!

      yes it gets easier. after your surgery you won't have much of an appetite and when you do, just a little food goes a long way. good luck!

    Well, starting the liquid diet Wednesday... even though I'm still waiting on an appeal.... Have to be ready if they say yes. Surgery is still scheduled for the 26th!

      well, i received my first denial... so now i'm working through the appeal process. :(

       

      still hopeful, but a bit sad too...

      I was told my co-morbs basically weren't good enough, and I'm underweight! Ha like that could ever be true! I call bullshit, but what do I know.
