    goodmorning everyone i have a question i dont know how to post in the forums i got a paper for my pcp dr to fill out saying if i had any exercise ot drug therapy for losing weight my pcp dr is on medical leave and what if it doesnt get filled out do i have to then do a weight lose program for the gastric bypass team or will this paper stop the process its for medicare approval out past try's to lose weight

      I have been to his office twice but it's the secratary's and i went to walgreens and got a print out of my phentmine and the insur won't except that so mon im going to try my dr again i just switched dr about a month ago thanks for ur advice

      Who ever is covering that dr's vacation or leave is able to give u that letter or clearence letter or letter of necessity.

       

      I have done that for my prior surgery
