I had my sleeve surgery aug 12th and went to the store to get my vitamins and calcium but just wanted to know do i really need iron pills or not

What did your surgeon say? I started out taking the extra iron but now only have to do what is in my multivitamin.

the dietician gave me a bottle with no iron then the second bottle had iron in it the surgen said nothing i might get a small bottle just incase dont want iron issues i will call there office mon
ill look into that i will ask the dietician to
