hello everyone my weigh in is tue i hope i did enough to have lost some weight i have been walking a mile every day for the last 2 week's and whatching my portion control

Its a crazy balance, exercise adds muscle so sometimes you don't move the scale but you can tell in your clothes. Let them know you have been walking that mile every day so they will take into consideration your commitment to this. Also if you have been walking a mile every day for a week, its time to step it up and do a mile and a half? You've got this!
