You can eat thick soups also. I had Campbells healthy choice tomato and cream of chicken soup, Anderson Soup = Split Pea, or Campbells split pea and I blended in the mixer to make smooth, Healthy choice soups, just eat broth. sugar free maple brown sugar or apple cinnamon oatmeal, Protein shakes, lite muscle milk or Premire Protein shake, get some unflavored Protein powder and add to your food.
