you know....i'm so eagar to get this 123lbs off of me, that's all i'm thinking about right now. i'm not to worried about how my face will look once i'm finished loosing my weight; i've been skinny before when i was younger, so i kind of know what i'll look like.:sneaky: p.s. i am worried about the excess skin though...

earlier today, i came around to telling dh my weight...in a parking lot. he just smiled caringly; that's why i LOVE my man!!! :wub::eek:

im staying on a plan today because i have about two or so months before l.b.s. and i want to weigh 255 @surgery. :smile2:

there was a time when i hid my weight, now im open to everyone about it. except dh...he knows i weigh over 220:blink: but i think i would die if i said, "yeah babe, i weigh exactly 105lbs more than you..." i want to tell him and i will, i know he doesnt care, its just a mental thing with me, ya know?

oh can could you imagine (God forbid) if you were to have a complication once banded? when i was looking for docs, two returned my calls about a month after i had left voicemails and emails and one didn't even call back! i woudn't give the ones who called later on a second chance.

oh my gosh,please take your kitten to the vet asap!!!

i'm staying on a plan today because yesterday was a GREAT day i stayed on my plan, and i think just me writing in here helps remind me what my daily goals are! (staindgal: just because you had the left overs this morning,doesn't mean it has to ruin your whole day or you have to eat bad things for your other meals. you can make your other meals healthy...just my take on it; don't give up )

i've been thinking about that too missy...i guess we'll find out when we get closer and hopefully someone can come up with some clip art to go with it, then us mays can vote on it. :tea:

hi lucy-that's reason #1 why i'm getting banded. i've been reading its safe to get pg anywhere from 18mos to 2yrs after getting banded.

(this thread is awesome!) im staying on plan tomorrow because i have to start learning to adapt to band life before getting banded...

...for us. no anxiety YET. but i do have the same fear of failure. putting all this money into my body and having yet another procedure fail (i had lipo when i was 18. i know i wasn't mentally prepared). this time around i see things differently and i am trying my best to think & imagine the best outcome with my band. for me its not about image, i love my body as is, but my health is slowly taking a toll. i need this surgery and i know only i have the power to succeed; as do you. i too have started to write about all of this in my journal...it helps so much. i wish you all the best, keep your heads up, and remember your lbt friends are a source of motivation & support!!:biggrin:
