    I take the B12 nasal spray once a week it's not bad and keeps my energy up. Just can't drink or eat anything an hr before or after but it works well

    I was wondering if anyone else is having problems eating jello? I just started to take fluids without pain but jello hurts to swallow down. Has anyone else had problems yet?

    They told me that I can have jello just no food. It has to be clear liquids jello broth water and my protein shakes but for some reason I can't have jello it's the only thing that hurts going down

    I'm just trying to overcome the discomfort of the jello going down it's not the same as the regular fluids it's harder idk

    I tried to chew it up and let it melt a little but the whole going down is tough it's like a small chunk of food that didn't get chewed up all the way and I can feel it going all the way down and once it gets down to the belly I can feel it sit there. It's strange feeling

    They gave me jello in hospital and I tried to eat it today. I took very small bites but it didn't change how it felt going down

    I was told to eat clear liquids like jello and broth. It feels painful to swallow the jello and I can feel it going down like it's a gulp of air instead of jello
