Hi yall I am in the,process of completing all my pre-op test and will be,sleeved in December. I feel as though I have become obessed with food labels. How much protien, carbs,sugar .... Trying to find what is going to be the best to eat after ... I feel annoying to my husband trying to teach him and my children. They dont say anything or get mad. Am i the,only one who,has become like this ?

I agree i just felt like i was the only one 95% of my friends are skinny and dont really worry ab what they eat they are all super excited and a great support team but sometimes i feel as though they think im crazy going from this person who didbt care and i was just always gonna be the "fat" one to some one who is looking at every thing that will be going into my mouth post op

So my husbands biggest worry is me having a ton of extra skin. I dont think this will be an issue for the following reasons im 26 i have been large for 8 years my weight is spread out not all in one area ...... Im 5'4 and weigh 265 right now .. Post surgery (december) i plan to tone as much as i can ...... Please know he is super supportive of this and honstly he could car less how i look he thinks it will bother me ..... Help ladies .... @@BitterSweet* there is no spandex under the,pants lol. Losing some of my boobs could be pound s in itself I'm excited about the whole process I guess we'll just see what happenes yall are an amazibg group of ppl

I plan on tons of fluids i have been looking up different things to eat so i dont get board with one thing protein needs to be in everything entering my mouth .... Lol.

I know he dont really "care " i,mean look what i look like now lol he married me like this and we have 3 children ( one is his stepson) i was just kind od wondering what other peoples experience was with this. .... Im not jumping into plastics thats for sure ... I will just hope i got the good genes in mybfamily skin wise and if not ohh well lol

Well my appointment went well yesterday dr said that i will be,sleeved in december since i have no,monthly weight checks! I am so excited my last,preop testing is december 2nd! Should be,done around christmas ! Doctor Bono and his staff are all amazing to work with very accommodating seeing how i live 1.5 hrs from there office.

Leaks are the biggest issue my surgon checks mult times while,in or then next day does a radiolgy test .... He has only had 2 in 16 yrs !

Who is doing ur surgery in pa that is where i am from

Hello ! I think we are,all nevous me i am not fearful of the surgey more after bc,i,dont,know how it,will be i have had 3 c_sections and did great with them im unsure of how the pain will compare to those how will i feel ! Have you completed all ur preop ? I should be,sleeved in dec also

Hi Everyone, Tomorrow is my 1st doctor appointment. With that being said im nervous ... Because of the fact i dont know excatly what will happen! At the same time im super excited this,means i have offically started !

I am kinda shocked that your wife is not excited for you i am only in the beginning of my journey (hopefully not long no 6mos weights) but my husband is my biggest fan .... Saying whatever we need to do reasuring me that i am doing the right thing ... Granted it will take strength to leave old habbits but if she wants to go to dinner or out why not go get soup .. Dont drink u know what u need to do be strong we have to reprogram are brain too when doing this
