    Hi everyone!

Hang tough...things will get much better. Just concetrate on small sips of water. Hydrating yourself will be key from here on out!!

    Day three at a loss...

Hang tough....it does get better. I am almost 2 years post op and the quality of sleep has never been better!
  3. Pmease check with the Dr on tje Iron. Taking Iron by itself can kead to nauseous ness and you will want to take that a few hours after or before your calcium as both fight for absorption. All of this takes time to develop a routine but it is so worth it!!! I am nearing 2 years post op and still learning. 2 years ago, I was 405 lbs....weighed myself yesterday and was 230.8!!

    Not hungry and trouble eating

I am almost 2 years and there are still periods of time when I just cannot eat. I've found that its typically because I am dehydrated and my Water intake has NOT BEEN GOOD! Once I get back to sucking down the H2o...eating and eating good resumes! Hope thos helps! Sent from my VS987 using the BariatricPal App

    Really Nervous

Billy...id go all liquids from here on out. Protein 2O is a great product to use. Just google the product to find who carries it close by. Also, going on all liquids just make sure there is 20 grams of sugar or less per serving.

are you up moving around much? Sounds like a gas bubble...which i dealt with in day 2 post op. All up and down my right side..was going to go to ER but just kept moving and taking deep breaths through my nose and exhale out the mouth.

    March Sleevers

Day 4 post op. Feeling pretty darn good. Had a popsicle and a glass of water and felt stuffed! Getting tired of the protein waters so ill need to mix it up a bit. Energy levels are back up. Id say around 75 percent. I want to go back to work but also know that my body needs rest too. The amazing part of this thus far is i now have shin bones visible and my feet dont hurt.

    March Sleevers

jill- yes, it truly was the most pain I've ever felt. All my football injuries from 20 years ago dont even compare to this. Im doing much much better though. Right now, the most difficult part is having any kind of desire to get up and move. Im tired and have slowed down a bunch. That all being said, im down a total of 42 lbs from me heaviest, so thats good.
