Hello all! I've been lurking around and following everyone's progress and you all are doing awesome! I had sleeve and hiatal hernia repair surgery on October 7th. I'm now on soft to regular foods. I'm struggling to get in my required 600-800 calories as well as my 64 oz of fluids. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My stats are HW 280 SW 265 CW 245. Thanks so much! -
@@lauraellen80 Hi! When did you have your surgery? I had mine on October 7th and am on full liquids until this Wednesday. I sure can't wait to chew again!
