I haven't been sleeved yet 1/6 is my date. Everyone heals different. Did you have a hernia repaired or gallbladder issues? Just relax get lots of rest I am sure each day gets better. And congrats on the new YOU!!! ???? -

4 protein shakes a day. Of course the 64oz of water I can have decaf crystal light, G4, coffee/tea diet soda, diet snapple tea, chicken/beef/shrimp broth, sugar free jello and Popsicles. -

I am my 4th day of liquid diet get my sleeve on Jan. 5th but I had a lot of friends that have been through this. They say refried beans with some cheese is very good another one suggested salsa and you can hear it up. Good Luck ???? -

V8 has a new protein shake the chocolate is delish! Plus is does make you feel full. Good luck I am day 4 of liquid diet and so far it's been okay. Keeping busy reading, going to gym and tomorrow I am going to pack up most of my "fluffy" cloths lol. You can do this ???? -

Same day! Today is my first day on the liquid diet so far not bad...check back later lol! I love the GNC Lean Shakes the Orange Cream is yummy so is the chocolate and vanilla. I do not care for the cookies and cream a little bit too sweet. -

I start my liquid diet on Tuesday. I have a to-do list in progress. The big task will be for me to pack up my "fluffy" (aka fat..I hate the word fat) cloths! I will be cleaning, going on walks, to the gym and reading some books! Good Luck everyone ???????? -
Losing loved ones are never easy especially this time of year. But you need to honor their memory by moving forward and know they would be proud of you! It's okay to have sad moments but make some good moments in 2015! ????????

I just stated my job in September I told my boss I need to have surgery due to a hernia and some stomach issues. End of my discussion with him lol. He was every nice about it and said do what I need to do. I said thanks. -

Just my thoughts but if your out of town and will be going back to a hotel why not just stay at the hospital? I know no one wants to be in the hospital but if it was me I would pick hospital staff over hotel staff. But that's just my thinking. Good Luck ???? -
