It will all work out! I lost 18 pounds when I did the liquid diet at Christmas time. It really does prepare you mentally as well.

I love the GNC Lean Shakes and the Atkins Shakes so yummy! I also found a new one V8 actually has a Protein shake which was a treat when I was wanting sometime different only thing it's 12 grams of protein. Also with 4 Protein Shakes a day I have sugar free Jello and sugar free Popsicles. For lunch and dinner clear broth (chicken or beef) and of course the 64oz of Water which at times I added Liquid Crystal Light. Good Luck you can do this ????

So how is everyone making out in our journey to a healthier us?

Okay I have my countdown going...T-57 days until I start my new healthier life! (1/6/15 will be my new 2nd chance birthday ????). Who would like to share, celebrate, vent and support one another? ????

The pre-op freaked me out, but after a day went by I think it was just my nerves. The one thing that took me by surprise what that my dr wants me to give myself a needle in my stomach for 21 days after surgery to prevent blood clots. I get it but it came out of left field lol. I had to do a two week liquid diet which really was easy for me I lost 18 pounds in 12 days then the 13th day I had to post pone. BUT I am ready!! Good luck to you both!

I had one and the only thing that shocked me was I have a hernia, which is not a big deal.

Some people don't realize the impact words make. I had an uncle say wow you were always the pretty one but boy you have let yourself go. I look at him and held back my emotions and said thank you for your words.

@@gettinghealthymom1 same date!!! My highest weight was September as well and since then snd including the liquid diet I am down 18lbs!! So excited to get sleeved!! Good Luck and keep in touch! ????
