Last night hubby had to help me get my sports bra off (I am having shoulder and back issues). He actually saw and felt my ribs for the first time, it scared the hell out of him. I just started laughing because I am becoming very Boney in places. Of course I still have lots of excess skin and some fat in upper arms, thighs and tummy.

I am thinner now than when we met 29 years ago.
