  1. If I couldn't walk for 20 minutes 3 times a day before my surgery, how am I supposed to do it one week post up when I'm still healing and haven't dropped enough weight to make exercise any easier yet?

      I felt the same way.... my knees hurt, my entire body hurt and I was so fat that I was soooo out of breath! You can do it, just take your time, build your stamina. I eventually walked 3-4 miles a day 2 months post op. Give your self goals, time or distance - just set the goals! Feel good :)

      Just promise me you will set goals, do it slowly - it works and you will become your own motivator :)
