Thank you so much for the info on your band slipping and vomiting. You asked where I lived? I live in NY and NOT the city. Upstate NY. I see you are from Canada so I guess we don't have the same doctor...LOL Tonight there is a support group meeting and it will be my first one that I will be attending. I have my physcial exam appointment and then the doctor's appointment telling me when I will be banded so I guess I have lots more time to wait. But I was told you have to attend at least one support group meeting before the banding and tonight I have decided to go to see if I could find someone our age and the same doctor. Most of the people on here are very young I have noticed. My dream is to get back down to 150 but I was told by the nut doctor that I will probably only get to 190 unless I do the gastric bypass which I am like you, I want the lap band and I will think positive and want that skinny body again.
