    Oh no, sorry! Tbh in the passed 6 months my family has been sick 3 times, I usually as the mom and wife, taking care of everyone, get sick right along w them and the worst. . . I haven't gotten sick once. It's beyond bizarre to me.

  9. You look phenomenal!!! Can I ask.... With your body looking as insanely good as it does... With as much weight as you've lost does your chest have a lot of extra skin? I'm about three inches shorter than you and am nearing into range of my goal but the closer I get to goal I feel like I wear a bra to hold the skin now and not the girls...
  10. I too feel the same way... I've gone from being in the 240's to now 6 months po weight 150 and have those heavy days too. I know I'm. Not but perhaps it'll take as long for me to realize I'm thinner as it took me years and years to realize how big I had actually gotten. It's such a mind *! #k.

    You're doing great! I'm not losing that fast ???????????? 27 since 7/30/15. Hi @@tcon, your doing great honey! Everyone loses at the it own pace... I've been having many stalls and I thinks it's bc I lose a ton and body is trying to catch up. Two months and 27 lbs that's great work.

  18. Your transformation is incredible! You look amazing, but even more IMPORTANTLY you look like you FEEL amazing, which should be telling you in your heart when you should stop! ... Also you wt loss team. My thought is if your questioning of your done... Then you feel you've reached a place of happiness and contentment. For myself, I've lost a great amount of weight but have not yet had that feeling in me that I've questioned if I am done now or not. I'm 5'3. Started at 240's. I'm four months out and go btwn 155-158. I would like to lose 25-30 more. Once I come within that range I will keep evaluating where I'm at and if I am comfortable. I've said it before, you look incredible and are absolutely beautiful. Both before and after your transformation.

    @@Luna222, I too have been hitting many stalls along the way. I had surgery in April. I'm currently on a stall. About two weeks now. I am 'not telling you what to do, but suggesting' and also not sure if you've already done this or not... -Change- up your routine... If your currently taking in (x) amount of calories up it slightly or decrease depending on what your caloric intake is for the day. Increase your Protein by 20-30g for a few days... Yes, I know this is not easy... Believe me... Some days I struggle with taking in enough alone to add more protein... But you, WE can do it! Add in an extra chicken breast, cpl extra slices of cheese, Protein Bar while watching to make sure you don't go overboard on calories and carbs. Also changing up your exercise regimen if you walk daily, bring it to a speed walk cpl minutes, walk, speed walk some more, and change your routine up with weights. This all usually helps me when I'm stuck. I wish you luck and hope this is helpful.
