AMEN to that, I'm starting to experience this as well. I stick with my protein shakes as they keep me full. But, I totally agree with you on this on @Elode

I've tried everything maybe I need to add ice. It's always been that way for me, even before surgery people would say "just drink lots of water" nope it goes right on through me. We have to drink though so I try to ignore it but my stomach won't shut up until I eat. And it doesn't matter how much I drink it will still happen.

This is a flavored water that has 40 grams of protein. You can buy a single bottle at GNC. I love the apple melon.

Meet the Original: Isopure's first drink, made with 100% pure whey protein isolate. Sounds complicated, but it's really simple—we just figured out a way to pack it with 40 grams of the purest, lightest, cleanest protein, 25 grams of energy-fueled complex carbs, and 10.2g of naturally occuring BCAA's in every 20oz glass bottle. Say no to fat, lactose and impurities, and yes to supporting speed, power and recharging. Made with protein so pure you can't see it—the microfiltration process used to create Isopure® is so complete that it is the only completely clear whey protein when it is dissolved in water. Each serving (per bottle) contains 260 calories and is lactose-free and gluten-free. Plus, the delicious Alpine Punch flavor will tickle your taste buds while refueling your bod. Recipe tip using Isopure® RTD: Fill a popsicle tray with Isopure® Alpine Punch 25g RTD and chill it out—a few hours later, you'll have delicious, icy-good, protein-packed popsicles, that will cool you down after the toughest of workouts.
