I always do protein first so I average 20 or less a day (after subtracting out fiber) Ask your nutritionist what they prefer though! -

I use Boscia it literally peels the dead skin off your face! Love it! -
I love makeup! I like MAC, Anastasia (for eyebrows) oh just everything!! I get a lot of inspiration from makeup artist on YouTube.

Yes you should get together with your bariatric team and devise a new plan. You can also try doing a week or two liquid diet and see if it will give you a jump start.

I think some people just find it really interesting. I had three close friends that all had gastric bypass and I questioned the crap out of them. I wanted to know everything the I Ended up having my own surgery so I don't mind talking to people about it.
